Skin care facial mask review: Alba Deep Sea Facial Mask
Revitalizing and refreshing the skin on my face
I was hesitant to buy this product when I saw it in my local drugstore because it was $9.99 and I had never tried it before. I'm always skeptical about buying expensive products I've never tried out before, but in all honesty this product is fairly cheap compared to the stuff you would find at Sephora or any major department store face mask.
Here are some main praises I can say about this product:
- Smells and feels so soft on my sensitive skin
- It lasts a long time because you only need to apply a thin layer to your face
- You only have to leave it on for FIVE MINUTES!! That's amazing for impatient people like myself
- It's travel friendly (4oz.)
- It's Hypo-allergenic
- It's inexpensive, but works amazing for most skin types (I have sensitive, dry skin on my face and I don't need to moisturize after using this)
Apply your product on a clean face
The back of the product package directs the consumer to cleanse the face, which would imply you need to be free of any makeup products, to get the full advantages of this facial mask. After washing my face with a gentle facial soap, I patted my skin dry with a towel to prepare my mask application.
This facial mask comes from Alba's Advanced Skin Care Line
Wonderful smell and super soft (and creamy) texture
The first thing I noticed about this product was that it smells rich and creamy, but not strong and overpowering at all. I think the main ingredients must create this relaxing, yet invigorating scent.
